Conditions
- Deposit date must be respected to avoid cancellation.
- Final payment (balance due) must reach carrier 15 days prior to date of departure.
- Carrier is not obligated to reserve or hold any vehicle beyond monetary due dates.
- No checks accepted beyond original balance due date only a valid credit card.
- Full responsibility of chartering client to forward timely payment to carrier.
- Chartering party must provide accurate and complete information, details, addresses, phones.
- Final itinerary must be presented to carrier no less than 15 days prior to departure.
- Parking and additional entrance fees will be paid by chartering client.
- Overtime fee will be charged at a rate of $120 per hour, or any part of an hour beyond times agree upon in this contract and must be paid by chartering client this does not include delay due to traffic conditions.
- Non refundable deposit may be applied to future charter service for up to one year as FINAL payment if cancellation of service is received within 30 days of date of service.
- No smoking on vehicles.
- No coolers permitted in aisles.
- Dvd/Video/audio equipment is for customer enjoyment only no fee for use.
- Please keep vehicle clean. Excessive cleaning expenses & damages will be charged to chartering client.
- Carrier is not responsible for items left in any vehicle at any time. Please do a walk through with your driver prior to final departure.
Casino bonus subject to change without notice casino patrons must be 21+ years of age & must be able to submit photo ID/proof of age and identity to casino upon request to receive bonus and winnings. Casino reserves the right to deny entrance to entire coach due to unruly passengers. Coach would return directly to origination with no recourse available to chartering party against carrier.
Energy surcharge may be added as an additional fee to this contract prior to departure date. Written notice will be given in advance of departure date.
- Driver Gratuity is not included in charter fee and is customary. Unless added to contract.
- Although tipping for a job well done is greatly encouraged, we prefer to leave this to group discretion.

In the event of mechanical failure or other emergency preventing operation of any vehicle, Vip Trans shall be given reasonable time for repairs or at its' option, .shall be permitted to procure another coach/vehicle. Carrier assumes no liability based upon weather, road conditions, or breakdowns.
- Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation of any person or item at any time.
- Chartering client agrees to abide by and uphold all Federal, State and Local law.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties& no modification, revision, alteration, or cancellation shall be valid unless in writing & signed by the parties hereto.
